High Voltage Self-Aligning Winding Machine is suitable for winding coils of various small and medium-sized distribution transformers, instrument transformers, reactor coils, and similar processes. It consists of a winding mainframe, automatic wire alignment device, interlayer insulation device, pneumatically adjustable wire pay-off, pneumatic system, PLC control system, and servo system. Featuring high automation, comprehensive functionality, and robust power, it ensures the axial compactness and radial density of the wound coils.
Main
Winding Device
The main winding device is located at the front-left of the equipment. The
output torque drives the winding shaft to form coils. Mechanical strength and
torque output are prioritized in the design, based on the maximum material
dimensions and required clamping force. The chassis is constructed from thick
steel plates welded and machined. Gears in the transmission system and gearbox
adopt large-module, helical, hardened-tooth profiles with ground finishes,
ensuring high-torque stability, smooth operation, and low noise.
Frequency-conversion motor speed regulation provides maximum torque at low
speeds and optimal torque/rpm at high speeds. The spindle features rational
acceleration/deceleration slope settings and braking functionality for enhanced
operability.
Interlayer
Insulation Device
This device supports insulation material rolls and generates tension during
winding. Equipped with a motor + magnetic powder tension system (adjustable
tension), it automatically reverses during unwinding to maintain paper
tautness. A servo motor enables automatic synchronization with wire alignment
for simplified operation.
Automatic
Wire Alignment Device
Controlled by servo motors and PLC, this device utilizes high-precision ball
screws, linear guides, tension wheels, and wire guides. A buffer wheel
mechanism enhances coil compactness and prevents wire slippage post-winding,
improving efficiency.
Wire
Pay-Off Rack
Vertical structure with specially treated damping wheels generates tension via
wire bending deformation, ensuring zero surface damage to conductors.
Electrical
Control System
Features a touchscreen interface for batch production and manual control. Emergency
stop buttons ensure safe shutdown during anomalies. Centralized control via
main console.
